Education, enrollment, navigation, and advocacy guide our work. We help you understand your choices, then stay available when a letter, pharmacy question, or coverage concern needs attention.
For our clients: phone support, video when needed.
For existing clients, we usually help by phone. When seeing a document or talking face to face would help, our team can arrange a video call to explain a plan letter or bill, help with a pharmacy question, or clarify benefits in your current plan. We send a private Google Meet invitation when needed. This is client-service support, not a sales appointment or medical advice.

Our team confirms the appointment details, your preferred language, and the purpose of the conversation. If a Scope of Appointment is needed, we send the secure link.
During the conversation
Bring your questions, a list of doctors and prescriptions, and any plan letters you want help understanding. Matt discusses coverage options when appropriate.
After the appointment
We explain the next steps and how to reach the team. You can contact us throughout the year when a new question comes up.
