I started Gallashaw Care Consultants because people deserve clear answers and someone who follows through. I want clients to feel heard when choosing coverage and supported when a question comes up months later. Our bilingual team helps make that support accessible to more of the communities we serve.
For me, service means taking time with people, listening to what they need, and helping them find a clear next step. My past experience working with doctors helped me appreciate how important it is for people to have someone who can help them navigate questions and stay connected.

Matthew leads the Medicare conversations and coverage recommendations. He takes time to understand a person's doctors, prescriptions, budget, and priorities before discussing options. The team helps with research, appointment coordination, and follow-up, so clients know whom to call when a plan letter, bill, pharmacy issue, or provider question comes up. Serving English- and Spanish-speaking communities is central to how Gallashaw Care works.
I began learning Spanish during the pandemic. I practiced with people, learned through conversation, and kept building my confidence one interaction at a time. What began as learning a language became a way to connect more closely with people and understand their stories. Today, with Claudia and Juliana, I am building a team that makes our service accessible in English and Spanish.
I want clients to know that they can ask questions, bring us a letter they do not understand, or reach out when something changes. Choosing coverage matters, and so does having someone who follows through afterward. That is the kind of relationship I want Gallashaw Care Consultants to build.
